Instructions for form filling

The credit card payment process is as follows:
1.) Fill out the form> read the declaration and click the ``confirm'' box> click Submit & pay to submit the form>
2.) Display the registration content of the form, scroll down to the bottom, select: Credit Card / UnionPay Credit Card>
3.) If you choose a credit card, please select: Visa / Mastercard (according to its logo).
4.) Fill in the credit card information and press the small circle “Pay” button on the right

After completion, you will see the message "Payment successful, thank you".
Electronic receipt will be sent to your mailbox within two days, please check.
